Louise
The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, including the main boulevard and all the attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-maintained, with good beds and some even had balconies to enjoy the view. The breakfast offered was satisfying, providing a good start to the day.
No improvements needed, everything was alright.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms in which we stayed were almost new and very clean. The hotel is very well located. Would definitely stay again and strongly recommend.

The hotel is very well located and in a safe and central area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. For eur80 per night you cannot expect much and this was very clean and nice. However, they were just doing renovations in the staircase (which looked like a complete mess) My guess is once they are completed it will be much nicer. The breakfast is no good and the breakfast area is really run down. But there are many good cafes and restaurants around to grab coffee and pastries. Visa support was RUB500 per person, which was offered at all other hotels we stayed at.

This hotel is located in a prime spot just off the bustling Nevski prospect, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's main attractions. The staff at this hotel were fantastic, offering great service and always being on hand to assist with any needs or queries. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with attention to detail and basic amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. I particularly enjoyed having a room with a balcony, allowing me to soak up the atmosphere of the city from the comfort of my own space.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't ask for more.

pretty and kindful staff cleanness traffic convinience
There is no airconditioner in room only in the lobby. In hot summer days it could be cause of inconvinience. And the breakfast time a little bit late, from 9 to 11.

The location was very central, although the entrance to the hotel was hard to find. The hotel staff were extremely helpful - they even laundered our clothes for us at no extra charge. The room was charming, and although the bathroom had to be accessed from the hallway, it was private and very clean. In fact, the room was always very clean.
There was no kettle in the room. To many it would seem a very basic hotel, but we loved it. The corridor was occasionally noisy, but we're very late sleepers and the noise was only ever after 10. The entrance to the hotel was very hard to find. It's not actally on the Nevksy Prospect. You must go around the corner onto Liteyneyy Prospect and look for the green sign at about head height, after the shoe-laces shop.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the well-equipped room, which had a kettle and tea/coffee set, and the fact that it was clean and tidy. The location was also ideal, as it was within walking distance of the main attractions and offered easy access to cafes and restaurants. the staff was polite and accommodating.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry our luggage up to the higher floors. , the breakfast was not up to our expectations, as it was served at a nearby cafe and lacked variety.

Breakfast is in the bar downstairs, where one can only get tea or coffee, and another 3 items: eggs, sandwich ( bread+chees or ham, without butter), + 1 day special. No refill!

Great location, just a few steps away from famous landmarks. Ideal if you want to explore the city. the breakfast was amazing, it had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the views from the room were great.
The room was quite small and poorly ventilated. the noise level was too high, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
